HOW WILL I KNOW IF KRG IS THE RIGHT COACH FOR ME?
Kathy offers a one-hour complimentary coaching session to be sure the client feels KRG’s style is a good fit and Kathy is confident she will be a great partner in her/his success.
HOW LONG IS A COACHING SESSION AND HOW OFTEN DO KATHY AND I MEET?
A coaching session is typically one-hour in length and is conducted over the phone or face-to-face. Unless other arrangements are made, KRG and the client usually meet once every two weeks for the duration of the coaching alliance.
HOW LONG DOES THE COACHING RELATIONSHIP LAST?
YOU – the client – determine how long you will work with KRG Coaching. Twelve one-hour sessions over a six-month timeframe (every other week) or sixteen one-hour sessions over an eight-month period (every other week) are examples of common coaching packages Kathy offers.
WHERE IS KRG COACHING LOCATED? WILL IT BE CONVENIENT FOR ME?
Although KRG Coaching is based in Portland, Oregon, you can live anywhere and be optimized by KRG since coaching sessions are often conducted over the phone and other communication is transacted through email. If Portland is convenient and you prefer face-to-face meetings, Kathy offers coaching sessions in her office in The Pearl District.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IF I DECIDE TO WORK WITH KRG AS MY COACH?
People make the decision to engage KRG Coaching when they want to “step it up” and stretch themselves. They have the desire to work with a professional coach who is certified and experienced to help them optimize their careers, their commitments, their sense of purpose and fulfillment. The client has homework or goals to accomplish after each session (agreed upon by the coaching client and KRG) that enable her/him to fulfill steps in the process of working the customized plan that has been established and agreed upon for success. Kathy provides a written synopsis of each session's highlights to the client noting important points covered, accomplishments, homework/goals, and the next session's appointment.
IF I HIRE KRG AS MY COACH AND SHE BRINGS OUT THE BEST IN ME DURING OUR COACHING ALLIANCE, WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER OUR COACHING RELATIONSHIP ENDS?
One critical goal of Kathy’s during your coaching relationship is to help heighten your self-awareness, make discoveries about what you really want, figure out options, come up with a plan and timelines, experiment with opportunities and follow through with your commitment. By continually asking questions to help you uncover and clarify what your needs and wants are, she helps you put together a roadmap for success. One of KRG’s main objectives is to enable you to learn new strategies so you can “coach yourself” after your coaching alliance with Kathy ends.
HOW DO I PAY FOR COACHING?
